The AAC Skeleton Frame™ incorporates the AAC PR™ range of plastic refillable carbon filters to deliver a high-efficiency odour control system in a range of industrial, commercial, educational and residential applications.
The AAC Skeleton Frame™ is a custom-built carbon filter system constructed from welded mild steel / aluminium tubular frame or Unistrut channel. The filter frame is fitted with high quality extruded aluminium filter slides complete with brush pile seals to provide an effective air seal to the filter cells.
The filter frame then slides into the AHU section and is blanked off where required by means of angle cloaking strips/ bulkhead panel to prevent any air bypass. A removable access door can also be provided if required.
The AAC Colourcell® Media Filter System is a competitively-priced media indication filter cell that responds to changes in the condition of installed activated carbon by changing colour. This provides end-users and maintenance personnel with an important visual indication of the condition of the activated carbon within their carbon filter system, and when the media may require to be replaced.
