The AAC ILCF Inline Carbon Filter is designed to enable the streamlined installation of carbon filters for inline ductwork projects. This high-efficiency carbon filter is capable of handling volume flow rates of up to a maximum of 760m³/hr.
The AAC ILCF inline carbon filter fits most types of extractor fans and mounting frames and can also incorporate a removable flange to permit easy activated carbon media replacement.
For maximum air filtration potential, these inline filters are filled with 4mm virgin activated carbon pellets. Various media grades are available dependent upon application.
The upper cylinder of the inline carbon filter can be removed from its outer casing to enable media replacement to be carried out by the removal of self-tapping screws. The outer cylinder casings are manufactured in either galvanised mild steel, 304/316 stainless steel or powder coated mild steel as required.
The AAC Colourcell® Media Filter System is an AAC patented product, designed to reduce costs and to help end-users and maintenance teams achieve maximum benefit from their carbon filtration system. This system provides a visual, first stage analysis of the condition of the installed activated carbon.
We design and manufacture a full range of carbon filter products including an extensive range of high-performance carbon filter housings, carbon filters for Air Handling Units, skeleton frames, bulk filters, NOx filters, and much more…
For bespoke air filtration projects, we take a consultative approach, and our competitively priced design and manufacture service ensures that you get the right carbon filter system to meet your specific project requirements.
